Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support development and delivery of a digital wallet system for SWDA. The role covers planning, governance, testing, and post-launch stabilization with cross-functional coordination across product, design, engineering and operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on delivery experience in digital product delivery, strong coordination skills, and knowledge of agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital systems or products end-to-end (planning, testing, launch, post-launch).
• Strong written and verbal communication; meeting records and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate the integrated project plan, milestones, risks, issues and actions.
• Coordinate agile ceremonies, sprint planning and reviews; ensure release readiness.
• Track vendor performance, contractual deliverables and governance materials.
• Coordinate testing, security assessments and release readiness; manage post-launch transition.
