Job summary

OpenText is seeking an experienced Regional VP, Sales for South East Asia to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and shape global account strategy across top clients. You will coach Account Executives, build C-level relationships, and coordinate with internal leaders to close large enterprise deals.

The role requires a track record of leading high-performing sales teams in complex software environments and a deep network with senior client executives in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 12–15 years in global enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
• Experience building CEO/C-suite relationships in large client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team for South East Asia and grow overall revenue for OpenText.
• Define and execute global account strategies across major clients.
• Develop and coach Account Executives to achieve high performance.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Finance and Ops to support deals and initiatives.
