Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Regional VP to lead Account Executives across ASEAN ESMB customers, driving growth in Salesforce's largest ESMB accounts. You will shape revenue strategies and run the regional business at both strategic and operational levels.

You will manage high-volume, transactional deals, build a repeatable playbook, and recruit, ramp, and develop reps quickly in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Strong leadership and results are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field software sales experience.
• 7+ years leading high-velocity sales teams in SMB/commercial segments.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota and revenue targets.
• Experience scaling a sales team through rapid headcount growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Executives for key ASEAN ESMB customers.
• Drive sales growth within Salesforce's largest ASEAN ESMB accounts.
• Define strategies to grow revenue and manage strategic opportunities across the region.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and accurate reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Partner Management, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to align efforts.
