Michael Page International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced RTR specialist to own end-to-end process design, governance and performance management across all business units. You will drive standardization and digitization while ensuring regulatory alignment and control effectiveness.

You will define the North Star RTR vision and roadmap, lead process reviews and re-engineering efforts, and act as the decision authority on process changes and technology implementations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process design and governance experience.
• Experience driving process standardization, harmonization, and digitization.
• Ability to define North Star vision and roadmap for RTR—policies, rules, procedures.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end RTR process design, governance and performance management across business units.
• Drive standardization, harmonization and digitization while limiting local variations to regulatory requirements.
• Define the RTR North Star vision and roadmap, including policies, rules and procedures.
• Lead periodic process reviews and re-engineering to remove non-value-added activities and complexity.
• Act as decision authority for RTR process changes, technology implementations and compliance.
