Job summary

HEPTA C&S CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Registered Resident Technical Officer (M&E) for on-site supervision at Woodlands Checkpoint, Singapore.

The role involves supervising site works, inspecting quality, and coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. The candidate must hold RTO (M&E) registration in Singapore and have relevant M&E site supervision experience, plus knowledge of construction practices and safety

Qualifications

• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) (M&E) in Singapore.
• Relevant M&E site supervision experience is required.
• Good knowledge of construction practices and safety requirements.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor work quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant parties on site matters.
• Identify and report non-compliance and follow up on rectification works.
• Maintain site records and inspection reports.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Qualified Person (QP).
