Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) in Singapore.
• Diploma in Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in construction site supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety mindset and culture for all staff on site.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
• Supervise safety inspections and ensure contractors uphold safety measures.
• Report problems and prevent accidents due to negligence.
• Review design drawings, method statements, and material requisitions.
• Supervise delivery of materials and equipment on site.
• Verify quantity and condition of equipment against bills of lading.
