Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an experienced RPA Systems Analyst in Singapore to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical specs, and manage end-to-end delivery of RPA solutions for the bank. The role bridges business and technical teams, documents requirements, and drives governance and UAT across initiatives.

You will ensure delivery standards and security across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of IT delivery, automation, or digital transformation programs.
3+ years of experience delivering RPA solutions.
Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
Familiarity with RPA or Intelligent Automation concepts and technologies.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for automation projects.
Identify automation opportunities and conduct process assessments.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
Manage end-to-end delivery of RPA projects, including planning, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate with business users, developers, infrastructure, and support teams.
Facilitate UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and delivery standards.
