Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineering Lead in Singapore to engineer, implement, and continuously improve security controls across servers, endpoints, and supporting infrastructure.

You will drive secure configurations, compliance monitoring, and automated reporting while managing PAM, privileged access, and non-human identities with cross-functional collaboration across IT security teams.

Qualifications

• Experience securing Windows, Linux, Unix, AD, containers and cloud.
• Strong config management, baselines, and compliance monitoring.
• Hands-on with EPP/EDR, PAM, and credential vaulting.
• Identity security, non-human identities, and access controls knowledge.
• Scripting or automation to implement security controls.
• Translate security policies into practical technical solutions.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CyberArk advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security configuration baselines.
• Operate configuration compliance monitoring and drift detection.
• Automate compliance reporting and security assessments.
• Manage endpoint security technologies and PAM controls.
• Strengthen privileged access management and account lifecycle governance.
• Support secure service/app identities and non-human identities lifecycle.
• Remediate unmanaged or excessive privileged accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security controls.
• Provide security engineering support for projects and audits.
