Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking an experienced RPA Systems Analyst in Singapore to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical specs, and manage end-to-end delivery of RPA solutions for the bank. The role bridges business and technical teams, documents requirements, and drives governance and UAT across initiatives.

You will ensure delivery standards and security across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT delivery, automation, or digital transformation programs.
• 3+ years of experience delivering RPA solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with RPA or Intelligent Automation concepts and technologies.

Job Description

• The RPA Systems Analyst is responsible for identifying automation opportunities, analyzing business processes, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and managing the end-to-end delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
