Responsibilities

• Take part in meetings, workshops, and team activities to gain exposure to decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive efficiency.
• Work on assigned projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Shadow experienced staff to gain insight into leadership and operational responsibilities.
