Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Manager to supervise outlet operations.
• Monitor expenses and ensure costs stay within budget.
• Plan staff duty schedules and ensure sufficient service crew.
• Provide welcome, friendly service and handle customer complaints.
• Rotate through positions to learn all restaurant operations and contribute to improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
