Responsibilities include supporting sales, marketing, client engagement, and facility operations, maintenance, and tenant management.

• Degree in any discipline required or welcomed.
• No prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across departments to gain exposure to business operations and management.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects.
• Prepare project reports and support meetings.
• Support sales, marketing, and client engagement activities.
• Assist with facility operations, maintenance, and tenant management.
• Participate in strategic planning, business planning, and feasibility studies.
• Conduct research to improve profitability and reduce business risks.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and authorities to ensure project compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
