You will learn across project management, operations and safety, assist in tender prep and documentation, monitor progress and KPIs, and contribute to continuous process

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized for professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules and activities.
• Monitor progress, costs, and KPIs against targets; report findings.
• Support on-site coordination and execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Help resolve site issues with proactive, solutions-focused approaches.
• Prepare progress updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Assist in tender and pre-construction documentation for project readiness.
• Learn across project operations through a structured rotational program.
