Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is offering a trainee-style role rotating across departments to gain exposure to business operations and management. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects, and prepare project reports for meetings.

You will also support sales, marketing, and client engagement activities while assisting with facility operations and tenant management. The role invites candidates with any degree and no prior experience, and includes training

Qualifications

• No relevant working experience required; degree in any discipline accepted.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across departments to gain exposure to business operations and management.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects.
• Prepare project reports and support meetings.
• Support sales, marketing, and client engagement activities.
• Assist with facility operations, maintenance, and tenant management.
• Participate in strategic planning, business planning, and feasibility studies.
• Conduct research to improve profitability and reduce business risks.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and authorities to ensure project compliance.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
