Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive analyst to support the Sales & Marketing team in Singapore. You will analyse data, prepare reports, and help drive business insights to inform decisions.

This role offers a 5-day work week, standard office hours with occasional staggered timing, and opportunities for cross-functional exposure through a structured development programme aimed at future management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and basic analytical tools.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing department to ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyse business data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision- making.
• Support and participate in departmental and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Rotate across departments over a 5 to 8-years development programme to gain broad business exposure and prepare for future management roles.
