The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Management Associate (Sales & Marketing) to support daily operations of the Sales & Marketing department, analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights to guide decisions.

The role is based in Pandan Loop and follows a 5-day work week with staggered hours. The programme offers rotation across departments over 5–8 years to build broad business exposure, plus leadership development initiatives, training, and opportunities to prepare

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and basic analytical tools.
Strong report writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing department to ensure smooth business operations.
Analyse business data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Support and participate in departmental and cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Participate in structured leadership development initiatives, mentoring, and practical assignments.
Actively engage in training and learning programmes to develop business, commercial, and leadership competencies.
Rotate across different departments over a 5 to 8-years development programme to gain broad business exposure and prepare for future management roles.
