ENVIRONMENTAL BUILDING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms and capsules, ensuring hygiene and readiness for occupancy.

The role offers full-time hours from 10:00 to 16:00 daily, with Monday to Sunday schedules. Monthly salary is SGD 1,800 to 2,000. Training provided; uniforms supplied; prior housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Singapore.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift and walk for extended periods.
• Responsible, honest, hardworking and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior housekeeping experience is an advantage but training will be provided.
• Basic English or Mandarin to understand instructions.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms and capsules, including stayover and check-out rooms.
• Make beds, change linen, and replace towels according to procedures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors and other areas.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries and room supplies.
• Empty rubbish and dispose of waste properly.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures and surfaces.
• Check rooms to ensure they are clean and ready for occupancy.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the supervisor.
• Follow cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safety requirements.
• Carry out other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible forcleaning and servicing guest rooms and capsules, ensuring all areas are clean,hygienic and ready for guest occupancy in accordance with the establishment'sstandards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest roomsand capsules, including both stayover rooms and check-out rooms.
• Make beds, change bed linen andreplace towels according to the establishment's procedures.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms,toilets, sinks, mirrors and other designated areas.
• Replenish guest amenities,toiletries and room supplies as required.
• Empty rubbish bins and disposeof waste appropriately.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mopfloors, and ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
• Dust and wipe furniture,fixtures, shelves and other surfaces.
• Check rooms and capsules toensure they are properly cleaned and ready for guest occupancy.
• Report any maintenance issues,damages, missing items or lost property to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow the establishment'scleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safety requirements.
• Carry out other housekeepingduties as assigned by the supervisor.

Training and Uniforms

• Cleaning supplies and uniformswill be provided.
• Employees are required to wearthe prescribed uniform during working hours.
• Employees must keep theiruniforms clean, neat and presentable at all times.

Requirements
