GMP Technologies is seeking a Room Attendant in Singapore to maintain guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards. You will perform daily cleaning, laundry duties, and restock supplies while following government policies and safety rules.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work rotating shifts, six days per week. The position offers a basic salary of 1700–2000 SGD, with a meal allowance of 125 SGD, overtime, incentives, and VB.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Able to perform rotating shifts and 6 days work week.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain guest room, carpet, flooring, wallpapers, furniture and bathrooms daily.
• Conduct duties in courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with hotel and government policies and procedures.
• Equip trolley with adequate supplies and keep trolley/pantry neat and tidy at all times.
• Cover laundry duty. Collect and deliver guest laundry, counting soil linen and distribute clean linen.
• Report suspicious persons or actions, DND rooms according to procedures.
• Cleaning of public areas within hotel premises. Carry out special project and tasks such as shampooing of carpets and taking stock.

Salary: $1700 - $2000 (Basic) + Meal Allowance $125 + OT + Incentives + VB

Working Hours:6 days per week, 44hrs, 1 day off

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest room, carpet, flooring, wallpapers, furniture and bathrooms daily. Clean and make up rooms and bathrooms according to Hotel's standards and procedures.
• Conduct duties in courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with hotel and government's policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained.
• Equip trolley with adequate supplies and keeps trolley/ pantry neat and tidy at all times.
• Cover laundry duty. Collect and deliver guest laundry, counting soil linen and distribute clean linen.
• Report suspicious persons or actions, DND rooms according to procedures. Report room discrepancy accurately and follow standard procedure.
• Cleaning of public areas within hotel premises. Carry out special project and tasks such as shampooing of carpets and taking stock.
