Responsibilities

• Clean all occupied, check out rooms and supply guest amenities according to standard set up.
• Ensure items in the guest rooms are replenished and rearranged.
• Answer and attend to guest’s requests promptly.
• Use cleaning materials/chemicals/equipment correctly with care.
• Report maintenance and safety hazards immediately.
• Report any Lost and Found to Housekeeping immediately.

About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Housekeeping Department, the Room Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas in hotels or other hospitality settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

As Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Clean all occupied, check out rooms and supply guest amenities according to standard set up. Polish guest shoes if any.

• Ensure items in the guest rooms are replenished and rearranged.

• Answer and attend to guest’s requests promptly.

• Use cleaning materials/chemicals/equipment correctly with care.

• Report maintenance and safety hazards immediately.

• Report any Lost and Found to Housekeeping immediately.
