Job summary

LAM WONG ROOFING SPECIALIST PTE LTD is seeking personnel to perform waterproofing and roofing tasks across project sites in Singapore. The role requires physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors under direct sunlight on rooftops.

You will follow safety rules and use PPE while delivering high-quality waterproofing installations. Responsibilities include loading materials, surface preparation, applying coatings and membranes, screeding, patching, and maintaining site cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors, including rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Carry, load and unload waterproofing materials, tools and equipment.
• Carry out cleaning and preparation of work areas before waterproofing works.
• Carry out hacking and removal of existing waterproofing, screed and other materials.
• Prepare surfaces for waterproofing works.
• Apply waterproofing coatings and waterproofing systems according to project requirements.
• Lay and install waterproofing membranes.
• Apply cementitious waterproofing and other waterproofing systems.
• Carry out repair and rectification works for water leakage and waterproofing defects.
• Assist with screeding, sealing, patching and related waterproofing works.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the work site.
• Follow site safety requirements and proper use of PPE.
• Perform other duties related to waterproofing and roofing works as assigned by the supervisor.
