Job summary

SUNRISE SOLAR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Waterproofing & Solar Panel Trade Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of waterproofing and solar panel installation projects in Singapore.

You will manage site operations, subcontractors, materials, schedules and client coordination while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction or trade project management experience.
• Experience in waterproofing, roofing, building maintenance, or solar installation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage waterproofing and solar panel projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and manpower to meet schedules and budget.
