You will read analytics weekly, set direction, and ensure content is created to drive engagement across IG, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The role requires 1–2 years in digital or social marketing, fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite with platform analytics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital or social marketing, client-facing
• Mandarin & English
• Fluent in Meta Business Suite and native platform analytics
• You've grown an account you owned, with numbers
• Understands each platform's behaviour, not just its dimensions
• WhatsApp fluent — you reply fast

Responsibilities

• Read the data and act on it — native analytics weekly
• Own the organic result on every account you hold
• Set direction with the consultant — they own the client relationship, you own what gets made and why
• Platform-native thinking — adapt strategies per platform
• Brief the creative team — provide enough detail to execute without follow-up
• Copywriting — captions, hooks, on-creative text in the client's voice
• Shoot scheduling and client groupchats
