Job summary

VIRTUX INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands‑on Robotics Manufacturing Engineer & Site Lead for our Singapore operations. You will oversee manufacturing, assembly, testing, calibration, and coordination with HQ teams to ensure smooth production transfer and quality control.

The role combines hands‑on technical work with small team leadership and cross‑border collaboration, in a lean environment with structured corporate processes. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation or related disciplines.
Hands‑on experience in robotics, automation, electromechanical equipment, or related manufacturing operations.
Practical skills in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or equipment integration.
Comfortable on the shop floor handling technical and operational responsibilities.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and proactive follow‑through skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross‑border teams within corporate processes.
Proficient in English and Mandarin for Singapore stakeholders and China HQ.

Responsibilities

Perform hands‑on assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of robotic and electromechanical products.
Support pilot builds, new product introduction (NPI), and production transfer from HQ to Singapore.
Collaborate with HQ engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Maintain product quality, technical documentation, and manufacturing records.
