Job summary

Novartis is seeking an ITOT Engineer to lead the robotics transformation at the Tuas South Avenue site in Singapore. The role focuses on developing, deploying, and scaling robotics across manufacturing, labs, warehousing, and material handling while ensuring GMP, validation, and cybersecurity compliance.

You will partner with global and local teams to build a sustainable robotics ecosystem and drive productivity, quality, and safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of robotics/automation experience.
• Experience leading robotics or automation programs from concept to operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with global and local partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site robotics strategy and roadmap with high-value automation opportunities.
• Lead robotics programs end-to-end from opportunity to value realization.
• Own full lifecycle of robotics solutions including maintenance and upgrades.
• Evaluate and deploy robotics technologies: AMRs, AGVs, material handling robots, AI robotics.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, QA, IT/OT and vendors.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance monitoring for scalability.
• Ensure GMP, validation, cybersecurity, and inspection readiness.
