The Singapore site operates within an integrated manufacturing network, with product development, material preparation, and supply chain functions supported by dedicated teams in China HQ.

The ideal candidate is technically capable, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a lean environment with structured corporate processes.

What You Will Do

Manufacturing & Engineering

Support pilot builds, new product introduction (NPI), and production transfer from HQ to Singapore.

Work with HQ engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve assembly and testing processes.

Maintain product quality, technical documentation, and manufacturing records.

Site Operations & Coordination

Oversee daily site activities, including production, inventory, warehousing, and outbound shipments.

Coordinate and support local production, warehouse, and administrative staff.

Work with Sales, Product Owners, R&D, and Supply Chain teams on production requirements, material readiness, and shipment planning.

Proactively follow up on outstanding actions, identify bottlenecks, and elevate potential delays to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure efficient local operations and timely execution of site-level production and shipment activities.

Export & Compliance

Coordinate international shipments, export documentation, and logistics arrangements.

Support HS code information, applicable Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requirements, Certificates of Origin, and related documentation with relevant teams and service providers.

Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore regulations and company operational procedures.

Technical & Field Application Support

Assist with customer technical enquiries and coordinate with HQ engineering or aftersales teams when necessary.

Technical support will be arranged according to operational priorities and production workload. No direct sales targets are involved.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve coordination between the Singapore site and HQ.

Maintain accurate operational records using company ERP and internal systems.

Support future manufacturing development and localization initiatives.
