Job summary

LionsBot International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead hardware robot development programs from prototype to production. You will drive cross-functional teams across Autonomy, Software, Mechanical, Embedded, and NPI to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining quality.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of hardware PM experience, strong Agile/Scrum skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex products on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project/program management for hardware products.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, embedded).
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with hardware development processes including NPI and validation gates.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products on time.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sprint planning, progress tracking, and blocker resolution across engineering teams.
• Orchestrate cross-functional coordination across Autonomy, Software, Mechanical, Embedded, and NPI.
• Identify and manage dependencies across teams, ensuring critical path items are delivered on time.
• Track risks, escalate issues, and drive mitigation plans proactively.
• Coordinate validation gates (EV, DV, PV) and production release sign-offs.
• Work with functional leads to ensure optimal resource allocation on critical path.
• Run standups, publish status reports, and communicate timeline health to stakeholders.
• Lead NPI coordination and handover to SCM, Quality, and Contract Manufacturer.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans with marketing.
• Own P&L responsibility and business case development.
• Transition products to sustaining team post-launch.
