PREMIUM HOTEL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive team member to support robotics-enabled operations across our Singapore properties. You'll coordinate room logistics, assist Front Office, and manage guest requests via automation workflows.

Ideal candidates bring basic English, a willingness to learn robotics, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn robotics/automation systems.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and update daily room assignment lists.
• Coordinate queue rooms with Front Office.
• Log, dispatch, and follow up guest requests (route to robots when possible).
• Raise and track maintenance requests with Engineering.
• Launch and monitor robot runs and re-route if blocked.
• Record outcomes and exceptions of robot operations.
• Check pantry par levels and arrange top-ups for linen, amenities, and chemicals.
• Maintain simple records: checklists, handover notes, and daily readiness reports.
• Ensure safety rules for chemicals/equipment; report incidents.
