Job summary

Capgemini, a global technology leader, seeks an experienced Project/PMO Manager for the AIR program in Singapore. You will drive execution, governance, and planning across multiple workstreams, with a strong focus on budgeting and risk management.

The role requires hands-on collaboration with robotics/IT topics, Excel/Notion/PowerPoint proficiency, and clear communication from shop floor to executive level. 1-year contract with flexible work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as PMO or PM/Programme Manager on complex programs.
• Strong finance and budget control; able to challenge numbers.
• Disciplined governance, planning, and risk management with clear communication.
• Tech topics in robotics and data/IT without owning engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution, structure, and alignment across the AIR program.
• Finance: create a budget dashboard, track costs and forecasts.
• Governance: organise meetings, RACI and action tracking.
• Planning: maintain integrated milestones, owners, and critical path.
• Mitigate risks and manage dependencies across stakeholders.
• Track supplier deliverables and keep internal teams aligned.
