Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Singapore seeks a Project Manager/PMO to drive execution across the AIR program, ensuring alignment, budgets, and milestones. You will coordinate governance, schedules, risk, and supplier deliverables, translating shop-floor realities into clear leadership updates.

The role is a 1-year contract, requires hands-on Excel/Notion/PowerPoint and thrives in ambiguous, technical environments.

Qualifications

• PMO/PM on complex industrial, digital or transformation programs.
• Strong finance and budget control with ability to challenge numbers.
• Disciplined governance, planning and risk management; clear communicator.
• Comfortable with technical topics without owning engineering.
• Hands-on with Excel, Notion and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Finance: run a simple, reliable budget dashboard and forecast tracking.
• Governance: set up meetings, execute RACI, track decisions and actions.
• Communication: tailor updates for field teams, suppliers and execs.
• Planning: maintain integrated plan with milestones and owners.
• Risk & dependencies: anticipate and mitigate risks across workstreams.
• Suppliers: track deliverables and contracts, align internal teams.
