Overview

Job De ion

As Project Manager, you will drive execution, structure, and alignment across the program.

Key responsibilities:
  • Finance: Run a simple, reliable budget dashboard. Track costs and forecasts, manage overruns, and flag issues to leadership early.
  • Governance: Set up meetings, execute RACI, and decision/action tracking.
  • Communication: Tailor updates for field teams, finance, suppliers, and executives. Drive engagement & reporting.
  • Planning: Maintain the integrated plan — milestones, owners, critical path — and manage delays across workstreams.
  • Risk & dependencies: Anticipate and mitigate risks; manage dependencies across suppliers, engineering, IT, and operations.
  • Suppliers: Track deliverables and contracts; keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Job Requirements
  • Experience as a PMO or Project/Program Manager on complex industrial, digital, or transformation programs.
  • Strong finance/budget control — and the confidence to challenge the numbers.

  • Comfortable with technical topics (robotics, data/IT) without owning the engineering.
  • Hands-on with Excel, Notion, PowerPoint and modern collaboration/AI tools.
