Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role within the coffee industry.
• A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and sustainability.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Self-motivated with perseverance to excel as a coffee professional.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving espresso-based beverages and filter coffees to Nylon standards.
• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Assisting with post-roasting operations, mainly packaging of roasted coffees, e-commerce fulfillment and participating in quality control processes.
• Restocking and maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Contributing to the overall smooth running of the daily operations.
