Job summary

AFTERSHOCK PC PTE LTD is seeking an organised RMA and inventory coordinator for its Service Centre. You will manage and track RMA and warranty claims, liaise with distributors and manufacturers, and verify replacement parts.

Responsibilities include stock counts, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records of parts movement. The role requires meticulous administrative abilities and the capacity to handle multiple cases independently.

• Able to manage multiple ongoing cases and follow up independently.
• Basic PC hardware knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in RMA, inventory, warehouse, logistics, administration, or service centre operations is an advantage.

• Process faulty parts returned by engineers or customers.
• Issue and record parts required by engineers for servicing and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of RMA cases and parts movement.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Ensure faulty and replacement parts are properly labelled and accounted for.
• Keep the RMA and storage area organised.

About the role
