Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to maintain Bill-of-Materials and test procedures, manage customer feedback, and repair defective RMA units. Ideal applicants should have at least an ITE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering and a minimum of one year in a related environment. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The role requires proficiency in soldering and various electronic measurement tools, along with good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Bill-of-Materials & Test Procedure, raise Engineering Change Note and create Assembly Instructions
• Attend to customers’ feedback and issues
• Repair defective RMA units and generate reports

Period

Working hours

• Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Location

• Serangoon North

Requirements

• Minimum ITE in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Entry Level candidates with highly motivated attitude is welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year work experience in RMA or Production environment
• Able to do soldering based on IPC standard
• Able to use Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator and Power Meter
• Able to work independently and as a Team
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
