Job summary

TRIO-TECH INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an RMA Technician to support the Returned Material Authorization process. You will inspect, test, and document returned electronic products and PCB assemblies, ensuring accurate defect identification and traceability.

Timely reporting supports engineering analysis and customer requirements. The role requires basic electronics knowledge, familiarity with Excel and Outlook, and a detail-oriented, learn-fast mindset.

Qualifications

• ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh entry are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components or PCB assemblies is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to follow work instructions.
