Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an RMA Specialist to manage end-to-end Return Material Authorization activities across three LTSS projects in Singapore. You will identify defective materials, coordinate repairs and replacements, and track RMAs through closure, collaborating with engineering, suppliers, and logistics teams to minimize downtime and inventory exposure.

Key responsibilities include conducting technical assessments, Liaising with OEMs, and ensuring quality and warranty compliance across SAP/ERP

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Experience in RMA, maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, or asset-intensive environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management processes (SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full RMA lifecycle from defect identification to closure.
• Perform technical assessments and preliminary troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, OEMs, suppliers, and service vendors on repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Monitor RMA status and ensure timely closure within SLA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP/ERP systems and centralized RMA trackers.
• Analyze failure trends and support root cause investigations.
• Prepare RMA performance reports and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, warranty, and contractual requirements.
