Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Good academic performance.
• Interest in risk management, compliance, data protection, or incident management.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organised, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work with little supervision and as a team.
• Basic familiarity with platform configuration, ticket management, and workflow customization would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk assessment report preparation and presentation materials.
• Document incident reports and maintain incident logs.
• Help compile information for insurance claims.
• Track incident resolution and claims progression.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management framework implementation.
