We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Management and Data Protection Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across critical areas in the health & eldercare industry, including Enterprise Risk Management, Incident Management & Insurance Claims, Data Governance & PDPA, and Organisational Development. The intern will provide essential support to various initiatives, contributing to the organisation's resilience, compliance, and responsible data stewardship.

Risk Management:

• Support preparation of risk assessment reports and presentation materials
• Assist in documenting incident reports and maintaining accurate incident logs.
• Support the compilation of information required for insurance claims.
• Help track the status of incident resolution and claims progression.
• Support key strategic initiative to implementEnterprise Risk Management Framework solutions
• Assist in enhancement of organisation's Workplace Health & Safety policies

Data Governance:

• Support the development of data inventory maps and data flow documentation.
• Support the update of Data Governance-related policies.
• Assist in preparing materials for the Data Governance Committee meetings.
• Support the shaping of organisational workflows to enhanceData Governance
• Support in provision of PDPA and Data Governance training within the organisation
