Job summary

• Retrieve, organise, and manage RFQ packages to support programme timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to retrieve, organise, and manage ECO packages and to resolve gaps.
• Monitor daily stock availability and coordinate delivery arrangements to support customer and programme requirements.
• Consolidate required information to support GST payments and tax invoices.
• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day program activities.
