Job summary

Serial Microelectronics Pte Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales Executive in Singapore to manage RFQ enquiries and quotations from existing and potential customers. You will understand RFQ needs, collaborate with marketing on pricing, and coordinate with the Account Manager to secure orders.

The role requires proven inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree preferred.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ enquiry and quotation from existing and potential customers.
• Understanding of RFQ needs and requirements.
• Work with marketing team on product prices and supplier/customer contract prices.
• Liaise closely with Account Manager to finalize the quotes so as to secure the product.
• Communicating with customers, making outward calls to customers and following up on RFQ.
• Create and maintain a RFQ database of current and potential customers.
