TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD.

is seeking a proactive Customer Relations and RFQ Coordinator to manage inquiries, RFQs, quotations, orders, and billing documentation for B2B clients. You will liaise with customers from initial enquiry through to project discussions, support quotations, coordinate delivery, and ensure accurate documentation and timely service across semiconductor/electronics manufacturing contexts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline required.
• Experience with B2B customer engagements and managing new RFQs from enquiry to quotation.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and discussions with stakeholders.
• Experience in semiconductor/electronics or related manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel for costing analyses, pricing calculations and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, order processing, and billing documentation.
• Liaise with B2B customers on new RFQs, gather requirements, and coordinate discussions for new projects.
• Support the quotation process from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Handle customer complaints, delivery issues, returns (RMA), and service-related enquiries.
• Support contract administration and customer documentation requirements.
• Coordinate samples, catalogues, and marketing materials fulfilment.
• Prepare service performance and related reports.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders and projects.
• Participate in inventory stock takes and perform other ad-hoc duties.
