Job description
Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled RF Power Amplifier Design Engineer to lead the design, simulation, and validation of high-performance PA circuits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF design, impedance matching, and lab testing, with strong collaboration skills across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PA circuits focusing on efficiency, gain, and linearity.
  • Perform schematic capture, simulations (ADS, AWR; HFSS/CST a plus), and guide PCB layout.
  • Conduct lab validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Collaborate with system architects, RF/digital engineers, and layout teams.
  • Deliver prototypes and support product development with documentation and testing.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in RF PA design and development.
  • Proficient in RF simulation tools (ADS, AWR); EM tools like HFSS/CST are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of impedance matching, load-pull, and stability analysis.
  • Hands-on lab testing skills with RF instruments.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
