Job summary

ASIA PULP & PAPER COMPANY LTD. seeks a Rewards Analyst to drive data-driven job evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation analytics across global entities, with emphasis on China and expatriate mobility.

You will apply Mercer IPE methodology, model compensation structures, and prepare salary proposals for senior management while partnering with global recruitment and HR operations to ensure internal equity and competitive packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years HR experience in MNCs or matrix environments; 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits.
• Mercer IPE methodology experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables).
• Fluent English and Mandarin; cross-cultural collaboration.
• Autonomy and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Mercer IPE framework to evaluate roles and ensure equity.
• Analyze data and prepare salary proposals for senior management.
• Partner with Global Recruitment to structure salary packages.
• Maintain benchmarks using Mercer surveys and external market data.
• Support mobility/expatriate cost calculations and rewards modeling.
• Draft offers and onboarding docs for executive hires.
