Job summary

1SEETHROUGH CONSULTING is seeking a commercially driven BD / Sales Partner to identify, develop and close opportunities across sponsorship, branded content, advertising, production projects and strategic partnerships in Singapore. You will build commercial traction for a new content initiative within a competitive media and digital content market, converting opportunities and expanding the client base.

This is a performance-based partnership with uncapped earning potential, centered on revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in sales, BD, media, advertising, PR, entertainment, influencer marketing or digital content.
• Strong B2B network in Singapore.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals.
• Understanding of YouTube, short videos, social media and creator economy.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Commercially minded, well-connected, proactive, confident in pitching, and comfortable working independently in a flexible, performance-based partnership model.
• Understanding/ Connection of similar industry in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and China a plus.
• Understand Chinese / Cantonese a plus

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with brands, agencies, advertisers and partners.
• Leverage existing Singapore B2B network to open doors and secure meetings.
• Develop and close sponsorship, branded content and production-related deals.
• Support proposal development and partnership packaging.
• Manage client relationships from introduction to closing.
