Job summary

Scoot in Singapore is seeking a data-driven intern to support revenue management through data insights and system enhancements. You will generate reports, test systems, and analyze market data to align with the Revenue Rebooking Module.

You will help implement process improvements, validate data across PROS RMA and Navitaire, and participate in testing the Navitaire New Skies upgrade. Strong numeric skills and ability to manage multiple projects are required.

Qualifications

Currently studying a Degree with a numerical discipline
Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen
Strategic outlook and understanding
Able to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment

Responsibilities

Support revenue management with the adoption of best practices and enhancements to the revenue rebook system
Post departure analysis to ensure strategies align with expected outcomes through constant evaluation of booking data
Provide Level 1 testing support for IT duringthe Navitaire New Skies 4.8 Upgrade
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose solutions to streamline tasks (e.g., automation of repetitive processes)
Validate data integrity across systems (PROS RMA, Navitaire) and reconcile inconsistencies
