Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) invites a proactive student to join our Revenue Management team as a program coordination intern in Singapore. You will support onboarding, data validation, and dashboard maintenance while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

You'll work with Power BI dashboards, Excel, and internal communications, helping to deliver accurate reports and insights. This internship offers exposure to real estate data, analytics, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office—Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience with dashboards (Power BI) preferred.
• Good numeracy and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination & Tracking: support and track progress for key initiatives.
• Communications & Newsletter Development: assist with design, preparation, and distribution of internal communications/newsletters.
• Project & Administrative Support: provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to Revenue Management.
• Onboarding & Systems Support: assist with onboarding new colleagues, including system access setup.
• Data Validation & Reporting: support inventory data validation and consolidate reports for properties.
