Job summary

WhiteCoat is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to strengthen our Finance Group with a focus on revenue operations, invoicing, and regional integration. You will own key invoicing and receivables processes and support FP&A and commercial decision-making across Southeast Asia.

In this role you will drive automation, oversee AR reconciliations, assist with month-end close and Group consolidation, and collaborate with regional teams in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia to harmonize

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably multi-entity or regional.
Hands-on experience in revenue accounting, invoicing, AR reconciliations, month-end close and Group consolidation.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen; ability to review contracts and translate terms into financial/operational implications.
Open-minded and proactive in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve Finance processes.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Invoicing: Own end-to-end revenue and invoicing operations, including billing, collections follow-up and AR reconciliations.
Automation & AR Clean-up: Drive automation and process improvements across invoicing and AR workflows and reconcile Group-level AR schedules.
