Job summary

Gateway Search PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Finance BP for SEA in Singapore to lead financial strategy, budgeting, and treasury functions. The role requires strong analysis, leadership, and cross-border coordination with headquarters and SEA stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in full-scope finance roles, knowledge of Singapore tax rules, and professional certifications such as CA (Singapore) or ACCA. Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Management; English fluency required; Chinese proficiency preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CA (Singapore) or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive financial management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore's fiscal and tax regulations; strong financial analysis skills.
• Experience in logistics or large group enterprises preferred; SEA regional exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve financial strategy and policy.
• Oversee budgeting and financial analysis; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end settlement processes including receivables and payables.
• Forecast cash flow, funding planning, bank accounts, and treasury risk control.
• Ensure tax compliance and manage tax risks.
• Oversee financial accounting accuracy and audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Financial Strategy & Policy Development:Develop financial strategies, establish and continuously improve financialmanagement policies and processes.
• 2.Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Overseebudgeting and financial analysis; deeply engage with business operations toprovide data-driven recommendations for management decision-making.
• 3.Settlement Management: Manage end-to-endsettlement processes, including accounts receivable and accounts payablemanagement.
• 4.Treasury Management: Manage cash flowforecasting, funding planning, bank account administration, and treasury riskcontrol.
• 5.Tax Management: Ensure tax compliance andexercise overall control over tax risks.
• 6.Financial Reporting: Oversee the accuracy andtimeliness of financial accounting, and ensure compliance with auditrequirements.

Qualifications

• 1.Education & Language: Bachelor's degree orabove in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred tofacilitate communication with headquarters and stakeholders in the GreaterChina region. Professional certifications such as CA (Singapore) or ACCA arepreferred.
• 2.Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years ofcomprehensive financial management experience, with a proven track record infull-scope finance roles.
• 3.Professional Expertise: In-depth knowledge ofSingapore's fiscal and tax regulations, and proficiency in financial analysis,cost management, settlement, taxation, risk control, and related operationalprocesses.
• 4.Analytical & Leadership Skills: Strongfinancial analysis capabilities, with the ability to lead teams efficiently infinancial decision-making and risk management.
• 5.Industry Preference: Prior experience in thelogistics industry or within large group enterprises is preferred. Familiaritywith financial management across Southeast Asian markets is a strong plus.
