Meta is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager within the APAC Revenue Operations team. You will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert across Order-to-Cash (OTC), revenue risk and controls, and financial governance for the APAC region.

You will think critically and creatively, drive high-impact initiatives end-to-end, and influence global process design and tooling as a regional advocate. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in OTC, revenue accounting, financial controls, risk management, or controllership in large multinational companies.

Responsabilités

• Governance & Controls: design and strengthen internal controls across revenue operations, supporting SOX and audit readiness.
• Revenue Risk & Strategy: identify and mitigate revenue risks across APAC markets.
• Recommend credit and collections policies and operational controls.
• Portfolio Management: own APAC markets end-to-end including KPI monitoring and working capital optimization.
• Cross-Functional Influence: partner with sales, legal, tax, and controllership to drive solutions.
• Operational Excellence & Automation: drive efficiencies with new systems, analytics, AI, and RPA.
• Change Management & Compliance: lead regulatory initiatives across APAC and maintain compliance.
