Job summary

Fresh+ in Singapore is seeking a Regional Business Controller for SEA Oceania to drive financial planning, analysis and performance across markets including Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.

You will partner with regional and country teams on budgeting, ROI, forecast accuracy, and trade spend, provide actionable insights, strengthen FP&A processes, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of Business Controlling and/or Audit experience.
• Business Financial or Accounting degree or related.
• Experience in luxury, FMCG, beauty or retail and regional role will be preferred.
• Strong experience in a financial position within an international group.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly business reviews, ROI analysis, and scenario planning.
• Partner with regional/country teams on budgeting, A&P, and cost control.
• Analyze monthly P&L, KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
• Report results to HQ and local finance, sales, and marketing.
• Assess profitability by brand, customer, and subsidiary.
• Lead budgeting process across divisions and back-office costs.
• Contribute to internal control improvements and FP&A processes.
