Job summary

Cloudflare, based in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Support Manager to join the Revenue Operations Support team. This role will support the APAC region and manage background operations, optimizing Salesforce and CLM processes for internal stakeholders.

You will drive projects, enhance processes, train team members, and ensure alignment with company policies while upholding data integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a sales operations role.
• Experience as a user of Salesforce within quote-to-cash business processes.
• Proficient with Salesforce tasks for daily troubleshooting, ticket resolution and projects.
• Proactive with improvement suggestions and initiative.
• Detail oriented with strong error-detection abilities.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience at a SaaS company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly support sales and customer success by resolving tickets related to sales process and systems
• Review requests, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve problems
• Verify data accuracy of sales orders
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Contracts, Pricing and Finance to resolve issues
• Follow documentation to complete tasks, create improvements, and train teammates
• Execute tests and write test scenarios for Salesforce changes
• Lead and develop projects to improve processing speed and efficiency
